While your car is with us, you are given the option of taking a seat at a PC in our waiting area where you can watch live footage of your car, taken from the technicians ‘Audicam'.

The service advisor will be on hand to answer any questions you may have, while you watch the technician at work and communicate via a two-way radio system. This gives you an opportunity to find out first hand, the high level of skill and attention to detail our technicians use in dealing with your car.

Our technicians have an unrivalled understanding and experience of all Audi vehicles as a result of the high level of Audi training they complete. Therefore, our technicians will be able to explain what (and why) they are checking and can actually show you the work that needs to be done.
